Creatine is an Amino Acid that is not a constituent of any Proteins. It is manufactured in the Liver, Kidneys and Pancreas from Arginine joined to Glycine, attached to a Methyl Group from Methionine. 95% of the body’s Creatine reserves are stored in Skeletal MuscleSkeletal Muscle.
