Suma is a South American Herb that functions as an Adaptogen.  [1]

 

It is indigenous to the Amazon basin region and other tropical regions of Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela.  It is a large, scrambling, shrubby ground vine and has an intricate and deep root system.
