Elecampane
Overview
Elecampane is a large, downy, perennial herb from the Daisy (Compositae) family that is native to Central Europe and Asia. It occurs in damp pastures and shady ground and possesses an erect stem that grows to approximately 1 meter in height. Elecampane root is large, succulent, spindleshaped, brown, branching, aromatic and fleshy.
