The Adrenal Glands are the two triangular Endocrine Ductless Glands situated on top of the Kidneys - the Adrenal Glands are controlled by the Pituitary Gland.

Metabolism
5-Alpha Reductase is an enzyme that converts Testosterone to the more toxic Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)) is produced within the Adrenal Glands.
Adrenal Hormones are produced in the Adrenal Glands.
Some of the body''s Cholesterol is stored in the Adrenal Glands.
The conversion of Pregnenolone to DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) occurs within the Adrenal Glands.
