Overview
Dermatan Sulfate is a type of Glycosaminoglycan. It was once thought to be a form of Chondroitin Sulfate, however it is now regarded as a separate entity. Dermatan Sulfate differs from Chondroitin Sulfate by containing iduronic acid in place of glucuronic acid.
