Overview
Gelatin Hydrolysates is a modified form of Gelatin in which standard Gelatin is subjected to hydrolysis in order to break down the Amino Acid chains into smaller Peptides, resulting in greater bioavailability to the body and greater assimilation by the intestines. Gelatin Hydrolysates does not expand in the intestines and colon to the same extent that standard Gelatin does.
