Overview
Artichoke Leaves are the basal leaves (thistle-like leaves at the base of the stem) of the Globe Artichoke (but not the rubbery blossom leaves which are used as culinary item rather than as a medicinal Herb). Artichoke Leaf possesses greater therapeutic properties than the Artichoke heart.
