Description

Adipocytes are fat storage Cells present in Adipose Tissue.  Each Adipocyte contains a droplet of Triglycerides.  The Subcutaneous Tissue of the Skin is composed primarily of Adipocytes.

 Leptin

 

These Substances Enhance the Function of Adipocytes or Inhibit the Formation of Adipocytes

Amino Acids

 Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) may inhibit the increase in the size of the Adipocytes of the Subcutaneous Tissue of the Skin that occurs in tandem with the progression of the Aging Process.  [1]
