Neroli Oil is a type of fragrant, pale-yellow Volatile Oil obtained from the Flower (blossom) of the Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium amara). (Approximately 1,000 kg of Bitter Orange blossoms are needed to produce 1 kg of Neroli Oil).
