Glucose-6-Phosphatase is the primary pathway for the conversion of dietary Carbohydrates to Glucose (Blood Sugar) in the Liver - specifically, Glucose-6-Phosphatase catalyzes the dephosphorylation of Glucose-6-Phosphate to free Glucose (which subsequently enters the bloodstream and increases Blood Sugar levels).
