Pancreatic Lipases are secreted into the Duodenum in order to continue the process of digestion of dietary Fats:
Specifically, Pancreatic Lipases catalyze the hydrolysis of the primary esters (at C-1 and C-3) of Triglycerides, releasing fatty acids and generating Monoglycerides.
