Ginsengs

Overview

Ginseng refers to plants belonging to the Panax species of the Aralia family (Araliaceae) that share similar beneficial properties. It is important to note that Siberian Ginseng is not a true Ginseng, as it comes from a completely different species. There is a compelling argument for renaming Siberian Ginseng to Eleuthero to prevent confusion with authentic Ginsengs. However, almost all of its health benefits are reported that it offers health benefits the same as those of Panax Ginseng.

Ginsengs are regarded as Adaptogen.
