Description

Grains are the small, hard Seeds from various Plants - commonly from Cereals.

 

 

 The term whole grain refers to the entire unprocessed Grain, thereby including all components of the Grain (ie. the Endosperm, Germ and Bran).

 The term refined grain refers to Grains that have been processed to remove the Germ and Bran components, and which therefore only contain the Endosperm component.
