Bio-Strath

Overview

Bio-Strath is a proprietary Yeast supplement that is prepared by cultivating (fermenting) live Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains) with various extracts of Herbs (including Angelica, Balm, Basil, Caraway, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Elder, Fennel, Horseradish, Hyssop, Lavender, Licorice, Parsley, Peppermint, Sage and Thyme).  More specifically, Saccharomyces cerevisiae is “fed” (i.e. it is grown on) various Herbal extracts which are then absorbed by the Cells of the Yeast during the process of multiplication or they become bound to the surface of the Yeast Cells.  They are then metabolized by the Yeast.  The whole range of metabolites produced by the Yeast are combined with the constituents of the Yeast cells to become Bio-Strath.
