Parathyroid Hormone Enhances the Function of these Substances

 Parathyroid Hormone regulates the concentrations of Calcium and Phosphorus in the blood (by causing the transfer of Calcium from the Bones into the bloodstream and by causing the excretion of Phosphorus from the body via the Urine).
