Dietary Proteolytic Enzymes may inhibit some forms of Cancer:
Bromelain may interfere with the growth of the malignant Cells of many forms of Cancer (by helping to stimulate the body’s endogenous production of anti-Cancer compounds such as Interleukin 1, Interleukin 6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF)). Bromelain may also inhibit the spread (metastasis) of Cancer to other regions of the body: [1]
Bromelain may enhance the ability of some types of Anti-Cancer Prescribed Medications (e.g. Fluorouracil and Vincristine) to stimulate the regression of Cancer.
