Parietal Cells are specialized glandular Cells in the wall of the Stomach (i.e. in the Gastric Mucosa).

Parietal Cells are responsible for the secretion of Gastric Juice within the Stomach.
Enzymes
Parietal Cells contain Carbonic Anhydrase (which facilitates the hdyration of Carbon Dioxide).
