 Antiandrogens have been proposed as a means of preventing or reversing Male Pattern Baldness (MPB):

 Antiandrogens may counteract MPB by inhibiting the production of Dihydrotestosterone and by opposing the effects of other Androgens that may be implicated in MPB.
