Description
Green Beans are the tender, young (immature) pods of the Green Bean harvested before maturation of the Seeds contained within the pods. When the Green Bean is left to mature the resulting Seeds are known as Haricot Beans, Kidney Beans, Lima Beans and Navy Beans.
