Dihydroxycarotenoids
Description
Dihydroxycarotenoids are a group of Xanthophyll Carotenoids.Unlike many other groups of Carotenoids, Dihydroxycarotenoids do not possess provitamin A properties - i.e. they cannot be converted to Vitamin A within the body.
