Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction involves impaired function of the Temporomandibular Joint. Patients are unable to open or close their jaws without Pain and/or clicking noises.

Chondroitin Sulfate (2,400 mg of a(mixture of CSA-A + CSA-C combined with 3,200 mg per day of the Glucosamine Hydochloride form of Glucosamine) may alleviate many of the symptoms of TMJD where TMJD is a manifestation of Osteoarthritis: [1]
Osteoarthritic Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) patients have an abnormally low CSA-A:CSA-C (indicating that supplemental Chondroitin Sulfate should include a percentage of the CSA-C form of Chondroitin Sulfate).
