Not to be confused with:  NK-Lymphocytes (Natural Killer Cells)

Killer Cells are a type of T-Lymphocyte from the T-8 (CD8+) subset of T-Lymphocytes.

Immune System

 Killer Cells (after direction from Helper T-Cells) bind to, attack and destroy invading Antigens (such as Viruses, Detrimental Bacteria and Cancer cells).  This activity of Killer Cells occurs after Antigens have been coated with Antibodies (Immunoglobulins).

 Ashwagandha may stimulate the production of Killer Cells.  ^[1]
