Interstitial Fluid is an liquid that bathes all of the Cells of the body. It comprises approximately 15% of the body's total fluids. Interstitial Fluid is one of the two body fluids that comprise Extracellular Fluid (it comprises 75% of Extracellular Fluid). Lymph is a form of Interstitial Fluid.
