Description

Glucosinolates are a group of pungent Sulfuric Compounds that are found almost exclusively in various plants from the Cabbage (Cruciferae) family.  Approximately 100 different types of Glucosinolates are known to exist in the plant kingdom, but only 10 are present in Cabbage Family Vegetables.
