Amino Acids

 TheN-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) form ofCysteine (when combined with Vitamin C) may inhibit Polio Viruses.

 

Glycosides

 Oleuropein may inhibit (all three forms of) Polio Viruses.  [1]

Nucleic Compounds

 Isoprinosine may inhibit the replication of Polio Viruses.
