The usual therapeutic dosage of oral Progesterone for Female Menopause is 200 – 300 mg per day for women with a Uterus and 100 mg per day for women who have had an Hysterectomy. The dose is taken for 12 continuous days per 28-day cycle.
The usual therapeutic dosage of oral Progesterone for the treatment of secondary Amenorrhea is 400 mg per day for 10 days.
