 Perforin is released by NK Lymphocytes (when stimulated by Interferons) - it perforates the outer Cell Membrane of Cancer cells, causing them to leak and eventually die.  [1]

Immune System Chemicals

 Interferons stimulate NK Lymphocytes to release Perforin as a defense against Cancer cells.
