Substances that cause Allergies are known as Allergens.

 Excessive consumption of supplemental Histidine may increase the risk of Allergies (due to its conversion to Histamine, a Neurotransmitter involved in allergic reactions).

 Tyramine may cause Allergies (due to Tyramine stimulating the release of excessive amounts of Histamine from Mast Cells leading to Allergic reactions).

 

Carbohydrates

 Excessive consumption of Simple Sugars may cause Food Allergies.

 

Cosmetic Ingredients
