Enteropeptidase is an endogenous Peptidase Enzyme secreted by the Intestinal Wall (Intestinal Mucosa) of the Small Intestine.

 Enteropeptidase is responsible for the conversion of Trypsin's precursor - Trypsinogen -into Trypsin within the Duodenum.
