Plasma Kininogenase Enhances the Function of these Substances

Neuropeptides

Plasma Kininogenase catalyzes the conversion of High-Molecular-Weight Kininogen (HMW Kininogen) to Bradykinin.

These Substances may Enhance the Function of Plasma Kininogenase

Enzymes

Trypsin may activate Plasma Kininogenase (i.e. it converts it from Prekallikrein to Plasma Kininogenase).

These Substances may Inhibit Plasma Kininogenase

Enzymes

Bromelain may inhibit the activity of Plasma Kininogenase.  [1]
