 Caspase 9 is involved in the Apoptosis of Hair Follicles that occurs during Male Pattern Baldness.  This occurs from Caspase 9 activating Caspase 3 which, in turn, stimulates Protein Kinase C, the final stimulator of the Aptososis of Hair Follicles.
