Description
Poppy Seeds are the Seeds obtained from the (mature) Opium Poppy plant. Poppy Seeds are obtained from the same Poppy plant that contains Opiate Alkaloids from which Opium is derived, however Opiates are only present in the milky sap of the Opium Fruit prior to the development of Poppy Seeds.
