Apoprotein (e) is a type of Apoprotein.
Approximately 75% of the body’s Apoprotein (e) is produced in the Liver. The Brain also produces large amounts of Apoprotein (e). Smaller quantities are manufactured in the Spleen, Lungs, Adrenal Glands, Ovaries, Kidneys, Muscle cells, and in Macrophages.
